Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in process re-engineering/automation or operational management. • Experience querying and visualizing web-scale datasets using SQL, Tableau, etc. • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, managing scaled service delivery set ups or leading transformation and transition projects. Preferred Qualifications
• Master's or PhD in Operations Management. Six Sigma certification and/or other relevant operations coursework. • 3 years of experience working on technical process/program management. • Experience in web development (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS) or programming (e.g., C/C++, Python, Java). • Experience working as part of a Security/Privacy team on data protection. • Ability to communicate complex, technical concepts concisely and clearly. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Chrome is partnering with Trust and Safety to make the Extensions Ecosystem the best and safest. As a Review Operations Specialist, you will join the Chrome extensions team within Trust and Safety, delivering reverse engineering, policy compliance, and general quality and security audits for the Chrome Web Store. As a Review Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for enabling excellent operations through process re-engineering, workflow design, and automation solutions, as well as transitioning complex processes to scaled operations teams. You will combine your subject-matter expertise along with technical, analytical, and process development skills to shape the future of the Extensions platform. Responsibilities • Manage on-boarding activities like training/ramp-up/certification of new agents, their access to Google systems, etc. • Coordinate with Trust and Safety Vendor Operations program managers and vendor managers on process and delivery improvements. Ensure all aspects of process key performance indicators (KPIs) are tracked, monitored, and reported on a regular basis and drive SLA compliance. • Partner with analysts and vendor partners for managing escalations, performing data analyses, and iterating quickly to respond to new threats and identify opportunities for innovation. • Act as the main point of contact for issues that impact outsourced workflows and identify, scale, and resolve them rapidly. • Liaise between managed service providers and Google internal teams. Collaborate with analysts and engineers to design processes and review workflows and generate product insight and user protection with limited resources.
